Great film about an elderly couple nearing the end of their life and looking back on their triumphs and mistakes. Wonderful acting all around.

I don't know what 1980s award committees were smoking, but the acting in this actually seemed comically bad, like in a made-for-tv parody kind of way.
That one scene where Jane Fonda whips her head around and pouts, and it cuts to the lake with sad piano music was like SNL-core.
