A decent documentary that gives a cursory overview of the situation concerning the return of electric cars, but can come off a little preachy and overly polly-anna-ish about the EV. There is also an inexplicable story of a private EV builder/engineer that is conspicuously absent from the film's conclusion.
Far from a remarkable documentary, this is one that would mostly appeal to people that are already in the know about the electric car in the first place. 11 years 2 months ago -
