From the year when moving pictures were miracle. It wasn't art back then, not yet. No wonder this short looks like expermental video made by someone who doesn't know how to use a camera.Sure it's good for our generation to have this video. It's the history of cinema that shows how did people react to the new invention, what were they expecting from it. But as a short it's worthless.
