Wonderful movie! I had never heard of Marilyn Miller before seeing "Sally" . I was immediately impressed with her talent and bright performance. I was enjoying watching "Sally" in black and white on TCM when it suddenly changed to 2-strip Technicolor for the "Wild Rose" number. Wow! I was blown away! Suddenly my heart ached for all that we've lost by not having preserved all these wonderful movies from our past. I so desperately would love to see this lavish production in its original color. Ms Miller was bright, cheerful, beautiful and a talented dancer. What a loss! 9 years 6 months ago
