Funny, but the devil looks like Serj Tankian of System Of A Down to me. 6 years 9 months ago -

There is a layer of creepiness and uncanny in this movie, supported by freakish sets, poor acting, and a bad dub. At the same time these weird qualities lend some charm unique to a children's movie. For example, the giant puppet mouth that is part of a machine which tells Santa the secrets of the children. This charm doesn't carry the movie through its whole runtime though, a bit too long.
