Reminded me a lot of Mike Leigh's Nuts in May (1976) injected with the stylized violence of an Edgar Wright film. Starts off slow but eventually hits its stride. The female lead is excellent. 8 years 2 months ago -

Very good. The direction and writing is brilliant, and it really captures a feeling of downbeat Britishness. It does lose a bit of momentum in the second half though, and I didn't think it was as good as "Kill List". 11 years ago -
