A messy documentary, that I'm not entirely sure really ever knew what point it was trying to make.
The only strong element was the story focusing on Humza. I wonder if the director maybe regretted not solely focusing on his story. But even then, a doc centred on him would be fairly slight and would gradually become less entertaining as it went on (like it did in this doc).
As a result, it had to be given an overarching theme and padded out with two MUCH lesser, very plain stories which just jolted you out of the Humza arch everytime it switched back to them.
Offered very little in terms of shining a light on social media if you've already been made aware of the potential negative aspects of the medium through other means. 3 years 2 months ago -

What I liked about his is that the kids speak for themselves. It’s always a better glimpse into how their minds work. Coming out of this, i would say these platforms are very problematic 5 years 1 month ago
