Unfortunately most people who watch this documentary get wrapped up in whether or not Peterson is guilty, when I think they miss the real value of this film. It's such an incredible look into every level of a high profile court case, from focus testing a defense to watching news reporters prepare to read on camera. It's a great view behind the lens of the celebrity trials and the various ways our courts have been tainted by hyperbolic rhetoric. 11 years 2 months ago -

Very engrossing real life doc about the fall from stairs or murder of the wife of writer Michael Peterson and the subsequent trial. Problem is the overlenght and repetition. Series would benefit from tighter editing. But still very interesting 5 years 7 months ago
