   I don't expect the Belgian film industry to churn out films, but if this was the best of 2004, that must have been a poor year. There's very little distinctiveness to Steve + Sky. It's filmed in an antiquated style that looks like something from 1994 rather than 2004. That's fine but I couldn't figure out why. Neither of the lovers does much to get me to care.
