Wow, this was a LOT worse than I expected, given the two stars and director. Lots of badly dated humor. Fails as a prison comedy. Fails as a rodeo comedy. Fails. And Wilder and Pryor ham it up so much, they're painful. The only interesting thing about this film is that the cast happens to include both JoBeth Williams and Craig T. Nelson, two years before "Poltergeist."
