This movie might be the worst movie I ever had to see in my entire life. What an awful mess of badly written dialogue, boring action sequences and special effects like an Asylum-Production. The basic idea is ok, though I had a good laugh at the start (why the hell isn't she able to shoot? She just shot before!) xD
Carla Gugino was the only reason I even started watching this poop. Sadly, even her deliciously cheeky portrayal of Vera Gorski didn't save it. Now I want my 2 hours back.
I STILL think Zach Snyder is a good director DESPITE this extremely messy film. This movies premise has so much promise in it and could have been made into something amazing...unfortunately, Snyder is a horrible writer. The movie is all over the place and the actors who are for the most part really cringe-worthy make it even worse. The visuals and action sequences are no doubt amazing but due to underdeveloped characters and plot, everything feels so...dull. I mean halfway in the movie you could see that there was some sort of promise in the movie as the movie TRIES to tackle certain dark themes but fails. I loved Snyders "Watchmen" and thought he did an awesome job handling the dark themes about humanity and all but none of that is evident in this movie. I did personally think that the last quarter of the movie was quite decent but that still doesn't help make this any good. I hope Nolan did the right thing in choosing Snyder to make the next superman movie...as Snyder has proved that he knows how to make a good movie if you give him a good story with Watchmen.
Awesome actionsequences! Snyder is an action, director, not a drama director. So the action is great, drama is awful. And because all the Snyder's other movies have only stupid drama or a very lousy script and a horrible look, Sucker Punch might be Zack Snyder's best movie (Ga'Hoole is also nice)

Beginning was excellent. Last five seconds were good. The rest? Meh. I yawned.Would have enjoyed it a lot more if the main character had been played by Ryan Gosling instead. ;)
