An impressive achievement given the tiny budget and small staff of animators that created it. But the messy story and future visuals aren't breaking any cyberpunk ground.
Cyberpunk animation comes in two familiar flavors, and I like the Euro Heavy Metal style characters better than Japan's character design. But Japan often produces better-quality animation, and this is no exception. The flat, unnatural computer generated character movements here are on par with Archer. 6 years 6 months ago -
