You might be right, monty, although I gave Gran Torino an 8 and this I gave a 7. I'm going to have to let it sink in a little bit more though... certainly the direction was nearly infallible for a debut feature, and of course Hal Holdbrook was extremely convincing and powerful. 11 years 10 months ago -
