Not as bad as you think it will be ...
Decidedly C grade budget cold war 'red scare' stuff .. but quite entertaining.
Deserves to be on a list .. but it's not good enough to be in '100 sci Fi', and far to good to be in 'Bad movies', it falls between the two, but is well worth the short running time. 8 years 5 months ago
