The stuff you see when you let TCM run after a movie's ended before the hour mark... An awkward and sometimes even disjointed parody of The Big House with dogs. It's fascinating in a way, ludicrous to the point of laughter, but the plot stolen from the original film means there's murder and electric chairs and that, so tonally, it's really off-putting. And then of course there's the matter of how they achieved some of the effects, and after a few minutes, all you're thinking about is how these animals were treated in the shoot. 5 years 8 months ago
