Working in a cinema, you are bound to come across some unique and bizarre experiences. A family asked me to give tickets for a movie that catered to kids. The man also requested specifically for it to "not include the Devil in it". Seeing how I was new to the job and prone to make dozens and dozens of mistakes and some more, I did not take heed of the mans insistence in the film not including "the Devil", and so sold a family ticket for the Book of Life.
After 20 minutes, the same man returned with his wife and demanded a refund because the film apparently had the Devil in it, or insinuated it! OH HOW FRIKING EMBARRASSING. The supervisors as well as managers did not know how to respond to this bizarre complaint and ended up NOT giving a refund. 9 years 3 months ago -
