It’s an iconic movie. Cute, funny and it does have a memorable concept.
If the 80’s can be summed up in one movie … this would be it.
On the other hand, it’s not a movie I could watch time and again. Once is enough.

This hits every every 80s and teen film cliché ever. Incredibly trite, at least when watched by a grown-up.

One of those classic play-in-the-middle-of-a-weekday-on-a-network-channel types of movies. Only a slight step-up from Mannequin.

My absolute favourite film of all time! It took me two watches to 'get it' but once I did, wow! Proof you don't need oodles of characters and CGI to tell a story.
