I felt it lived up to the other two, about the same quality as the second one. I thought it was an interesting approach to spoiler

but it felt like a natural progression in the trilogy. It did make it seem less scary though and more tangible.

If you believe in paranormal than this will deeply disturb you. About the same quality as others from the conjuring series. If you're a fan you won't regret watching it.

Slightly weaker than the first two films, but a solid addition to the genre nonetheless, and still far better than pretty much anything else like it.
