This documentary had me in tears. Not going to lie. It's so much more than a sport film. It's about family, love, healing, and not giving up. See it! 8 years 4 months ago -

Seeing all these ski-movies of people in parks and in the backcountry, landing all these insane tricks and then seeing this, puts everything into great perspective. We rarely see the dark side of these incredible sports and I feel grateful have seen it and remind me of the many facets of hurt, that a head trauma can leave on a person. If your a avid snow sports fan, I would definitely advise you to take a look at this great movie.
p.s. Oh and also... wear a helmet... 10 years 3 months ago -

I have been in extreme sports for more than a decade and knowing the dark side of extreme sports I was moved by the touching story of young snowboarder of Kevin Pearce. In contrary to popular sport rhetoric, not every injury becomes a comeback. Instead some injuries end careers, but most importantly end the obsession extreme athletes have with what they do. The Crash Reel shows the story most sports programs don't want you to see. 7 years 2 months ago
