I read somewhere that this movie picks up where Centurion ends, so i watched both movies back to back and it is and amazing story. I kind of wish that this movie actually was a direct sequel, made by The same producers. I enjoyed this film, but i liked Centurion better, Being a fan of Neil Marshall. Also the fight scenes were better.
Anyway, this movie is quite good. Love The story, the breathtaking scenery and the acting is also quite good from both the main characters.

To the Romans it was better to die defending the Eagle standard than to lose it and live, so it's perfectly plausible that the soldiers would go to such lengths to get it back. As Nola Diorez said there are many other things that you could argue about. 12 years 1 month ago
