Pretty obvious these guys are just trying to crank out another movie for the franchise. Boris Karloff does not return as The Monster, and Lon Chaney Jr does a decent job playing the part. But damn the creature in this Frankenstein 4 looks super goofy. I liked what they were starting to do with tying the fates of The Monster and Ygor, but it ends fairly abruptly.
