   Ten times more disgusting than the first one, which I didn't think was possible. The first one, in keeping in character with its villain, has a sort of clean, clinical atmosphere to it, but the second one is dark, grimy, and full of far more bodily fluids and gore than the first, keeping in character with its disturbed and slightly more child-like villain. Perhaps that's what makes this one slightly more disturbing: the first movie wanted to show how medically possible (if not entirely plausible) it would be to perform this sort of surgery on people, the second delights in showing how horrifying it would be for an untrained amateur to attempt the same thing. And apparently Tom Six wants to make a third... God help us. 12 years 2 months ago
