A scary look at the lives of sleep paralysis sufferers. It's really interesting to see how the human brain can create similar images with consistency in different people across continents and throughout history. The 'nightmare' scenes are done incredibly well and replacing the interviewees with actual actors was a great choice. 8 years 8 months ago -
