Well-made documentary with lots of knowledgeable individuals. Might seem too dramatic initially, but it actually downplays the severity of the problem to not discourage people from doing anything at all.

It's society versus a super-computer with an algorithm that wants to reinforce our basest instincts. We don't have a chance. The Social Dilemma should be required viewing before anyone even uses these platforms.
