   I could not disagree more, Ray Anselmo. Making a film specifically with characters acting without/ lacking human emotions or at least seemingly alienated from emotions while talking about them gives a fresh perspective on things. Watching people talk about things they normally wouldn't because of taboos about is also facinating. It might not be for everyone, but it isn't rare, nor easy to do. Actually, your description of the film really intrigued me and that is why I watched it. So what I mean to say is thank you :) - 7.6/10 3 years ago

   After watching this film, Going Places and Get Out Your Handkerchiefs, I am now convinced that Bertrand Blier has never read a story, never heard a conversation, never met a person. No one in his films acts or speaks like anyone in reality. He throws emotions at the screen like darts in the hand of an epileptic, but not connected to anything remotely human. It's like he just arrived from another planet and was ordered at gunpoint to make a movie. The best thing you can say about this film is that it's better than Going Places, which is reprehensible.
