Disappointing. For a Jules Dassin, very disappointing. Starts very well, but fades, and, sorry, but bythe end I was FFing through parts.
I always feel having Elijah Woods in a movie is a good sign .. but I'm afraid he is not convincing as a real tough guy .. a weasel, a whimp, cheap wannabe hood - sure, but as a genuine threat? Sorry, no.
Still, reasonably worth a look to enjoy te first half. 8 years 6 months ago
