My German is pretty good, so I understood at least half, but I agree that the story is pretty clear even without knowing the languages, since the characters also don't understand each other. I found two synopses of the film however, for those who can't follow:

- The brief romance between a circus strong man and a German tourist sets Greek popular tradition at odds with foreign ways.

- Story of a Greek circus strongman who has to pay the consequences of a one night stand with a little German female journalist.
