Great intro. However, if you have any knowledge/history of the history of cinema, especially cinematography, it will be entirely review. I mean, I can't even tell if I've seen this before or not. I just know I already knew everything it told me. 8 years 1 month ago -

Really just a series of interviews and film clips... it has the inescapable feel of a TV documentary that never really comes to any conclusion, and doesn't enlighten the viewer very much. It lacked drive and focus, and left me unsatisfied and simply "reminded" of all the film clips... overall, this documentary says nothing except that making movies is complex and hard. 12 years 9 months ago -
