The most ridiculously '80's' movie ever.

Having rewatched both Wall Street movies back to back, I think it's only fair to say that the first one is very good, a classic tale from the rampant high rolling financial elite wolf packs of the 80's. Great performances from the Sheens, Douglas and Stamp, with Hannah as a meaningless fling tossed in the mix.

The sequel however, is a lackluster slug that never takes off, despite fine performances from LaBeouf and Langella.
Douglas and Mulligan sleepwalked through their roles.

Greed, for lack of a better word, is good.

I'm surprised this is not even on one list. Its at least got the 80's nostalgia factor going for it.

This is perhaps one of my favorite films of all time. I have collectively watched this movie over 30 times and it is quite possibly Michael Douglas' finest performance ever.
