This was a complete train wreck of a film. I can't imagine how anyone could have enjoyed it. Kristen Bell is gorgeous of course but the complete lack of any decent direction is astonishing. There is zero chemistry between anyone in this. Though Kristen Schall has a few funny moments in the dark restaurant. I think even Bride Wars was better than this.
Completely predictable, overly sappy and so cheesy. But you know what? We all need a bit of cheese once in a while. It's cute, funny and adorable. It won't win oscars but it's a feel good movie that makes you smile. Adored it. Kristen Bell and Josh Duhamel are so endearing and charming. My day started out crap and this was an excellent antidote for the blues. It's not the most original or thought-provoking film ... but you know what? It'll make you smile and sometimes that's all you need from a movie!

It has a great soundtrack, Josh and Kristen are gorgeous, very nice images of Rome, it was a quite entertaining movie.
