   Most original (and I dare to say!) best WH screen adaptation ever made, that captured the novel's spirit in such a visceral manner.    Beautiful film. Raw natural and enchanting, but perfect for the story. A Loyal and visceral adaptation. May be a little too slow and raw for some, but I found it hypnotic. However WH adaptations often disappoint me, as they only cover the first half of the story, but I guess that would be better for a mini-series. 11 years 10 months ago
