The issue, my dear @boulderman, is more extensive. Initially, Sergio Moro did not have jurisdiction (legal possibility within the judges who could judge the case) to judge the case, so much so that later this was acknowledged as true and defined by the country's highest court. And the evidence that never existed, I'm not saying this from one side but from a technical perspective on Brazilian legislation.
