Are Thorkell's links the valid for tick film? It feels more like a film about the film, but , (as suggested on other comments), the actual footage is very short, and (if you follow the IMDb link, it is supposed to be a documentary about the strike / massacre, not just newsreel footage..

This ... gem .. cropped up on (UK) tv, on 'Talking pictures at some obscure time of the morning in May 2020.. The chances are that it will be on again.. Look out for it, it's well worth a look.
I guess a big plus of becoming a big name director, and beloved by the art house side of cinema, is you get to put your family home movies out there and everyone goes 'wow, that's a beautiful evocation of family' or something.
