It has a much different feel to it than the Dark Knight, and so did the Dark Knight Rises for that matter, which is interesting consdering how well the three work together.
This one has almost a mystery feel to it, whereas TDK is a crime thriller, and TDKR, a war movie.

I think they ignored the Scottie/Liz dynamic that was so present in the book, which was a little disappointing.Overall though, a really good movie. Pretty true to the book, especially with the dialogue, and George Clooney is a+ as always.
