I'm sure most people won't agree with me, but I'd give this movie a solid 8/10. The last few seconds are kind of crappy and the graphics aren't great in comparison to American films maybe, but if you go into this movie without having too many expectations or comparing it to American films, you'll have a pretty solid experience.
Sure, it's fairly predictable, however, they don't rely heavily on gore or jumpscares, it's fairly realistic with some psychological horror thrown in. The characters are good, the plot is solid (there's a little confusion between the timeline of previous owners) but all things considered, if you go into this just expecting to watch a movie about a haunted doll, you shouldn't be disappointed.
I'm probably going to buy this movie; it's not the best film I've ever seen, but it was an enjoyable watch and I wouldn't mind seeing it again.
If you go in with high expectations, you may not have a great experience, but go in with an open mind. Some of the shots are really nice, some of the scenes are unexpected and I genuinely got sucked in when I planned on watching it to laugh, so.
