Very overrated. Superficial movie potraying jackasses that destroy everything around them. And in the end you're supposed to cheer for them. Too much sex, drugs, nudity and violence just for the heck of it.
And at the "comedy" scenes, you were supposed to laugh at how drunk and high they were. "HAHA, he can't drive because he has taken drugs!! Funny!"..
And every women felt like a whore and even if they weren't they were "rewarded" by taking their clothes of. And yes, I know this is supposed to be based on a true story, but that doesn't really change anything.
