Very entertaining. Solid plot line which was easy to follow and had intruging elements. Action set pieces were great to watch. I may go for a second viewing this time in a 4DX fornat. I'd like to see a behind the scenes featurette focusing on how they planned those set pieces. Pretty dope
Some heart wrenching moments that came surprisingly outta nowhere.
I have yet to watch the original so don't need to make a comparison thankfully! In and of itself this movie was made really well. Great musical elements and the protahonist did a phenomenal job. Ursula was a great villian for sure!
At times, the film feels almost like a love letter to Peckham. Miller’s unique vision and eye for detail highlight the beauty of the area, and the intricate tapestry of its inhabitants and culture. Through the film's characters, the audience becomes invested in the community and its stories.
The beef is real and has seeped into all aspects of the characters' lives. At one point you just crave for the two main characters to squash their own, what now seems, minor beef in the grander scheme of things.
There's so much great moments in this series. Laugh out loud moments, quotables, dynamic characters and great swerves!
Great movie. Shows how torture is used to completely immobilise the prisoner by starving them of their sensory needs. Despite this, it.is astounding how people find ways to get through this
Provides insights into Capaldi's thought process. This documentary made me want to check out his discography in full. The man himself seemed more abstract prior to ny viewing of this. I always knew him as the laid back guy who cracked the best of jokes. I mean, some laugh out loud moments. Banter on point although we get to see some of his struggles
Thrilling. Prehidstoric earth has never been depicted so strikingly. I loved the way the characters interacted with the various creatures and nature. Good stuff
I thought this was great. We get into the trap of comparing it to previous installments but I felt it held its own. Great shots, good CGI, a good dose of adventure and a nice ending to top it all off. Jurassic period enthusiasts may question the lack of scientific accuracy but .... it's fiction. Doesn't need to spend time on that
My eyes were glued to the screen. Many effective twists and turns. Some predictable, most not. The actors all played a great role. Honestly would recommend this
Quiet disturbing. I love that Hamlet was based on an Icelandic myth from the 9th/10th century and the protagonist's name Amleth is just an inversion of the name Hamlet. Wonderful cinematography with lots of moments decicated to the ethereal aspects of viking beliefs.
Going back to the disturbing comment. This did dampen my mppd. Incredibly dark moments.
