The Empty Man is one of the most criminally overlooked horror movies of 2020, and one of the most ambitious horror movies of recent years.
It has the scope and execution of a Chris Nolan movie while mixing elements of cults, quantum horror, and creepypastas into an extremely unique mythology that is all its own.
As for the director, David Prior, is clearly heavily influenced by directors like David Fincher, Tim Burton, and Peter Weir on account of his visits on set while producing special features for multiple DVD titles.
Pleasantly surprised with this little indie gem.
It had some issues no doubt, however it seems like all the cast and crew made some really good effort here.
“It is clear from the start that this is both a personal love letter for the world he grew up in and a stark warning of how – as a society – we have squandered this gift.”
That was surprisingly not that bad, granted the movie had a lot of problems from choppy editing and camerawork to messy plot but c'mon that was hella fun and man the nostalgia was unreal!
Snatchers is like if Juno, Evil Dead, and Invasion of the Body Snatchers had a baby. It's a little fun and silly horror comedy, emphasis on the fun though.
Th cinematography is unreal! Every frame looks like a painting, and the score plays like nothing I’ve ever heard before in the best way possible. Amazing film altogether.

This was way better than I thought going in, especially the screenplay around the beginning of the second act. The acting was okay too.It was far from perfect though, it had its flaws but good effort overall, honestly I wasn't expecting this.

Please don't bother with this one, it's really bad. Badly written characters, and an even worse plot. Who the hell greenlit this?!Movie comment on Quo vadis, Aida?

Beautiful visuals, heartwarming story, and somewhat fleshed-out characters. All the VAs were wonderful! But Awkwafina’s was especially remarkable!!
Disney did something great here! Is it their best story? Of course not. Is it amazing in and of itself? Absolutely!!

“Well done, Togo! Well done, all!"Willem Dafoe delivers as always! And for a Disney produced live action movie this was not half bad, and the story of Togo is really heart warming.
