It's nice to see girls potrayed as gross and flawed as we actually are. To me, this was maybe the most relatable movie ever. For some reason I maybe liked this more than the first one.
I feel like this movie could've been ruined if the music wasn't great, but it was. It was better. It was absolutely amazing. Now, the visuals were also interesting, fucked up and wonderful. Actors were brilliant and the dialogue was natural. The director clearly knew what he was doing, as the movie remained interesting the entire time, and all the car scenes weren't confusing. Hectic, sure, but not confusing. But the music was perfect with every visual in every scene. It felt right all the time, and made everything just a little bit better. This would've been an experience worthy of time and money even without the story (which I also liked).
Also, I may have an undying love for all things called Max.
I feel like the movie tried a bit too hard to be super magical, with the music and such, but I had fun and fun is all that I asked for. Fun and sweetness.
Gosh darn amazing. Made me wanna marry a few people. Beautiful action sequences, beautiful music, beautiful performances. Great suits. Loved the sky-diving scene.
This is not an intelligent movie. Definitely dumber than, let's say... the Star Wars prequels. I'm not gonna defend any part of this movie, except maybe costuming a little bit, but I enjoyed it. And it finally got me over my intense dislike of Channing Tatum. The movie is still a mess, and I probably only liked it because I am attracted to bright colours and space adventures.
I didn't think it was that bad. I mean it definitely wasn't good, and it tried so hard to be better and more meaningful than it was. But I thought it was nice and cute, though still not a good movie.
My favourite things must've been the horse (obviously), some of the dialogue around the horse, the second scene between Will Smith and Russell Crowe, and Colin Farrell's accent.
This seems like it has a script that would've been very easy to muck up, but the movie turned out fine thanks to good directing, great action choreography and brilliant choices in the music department. Absolutely loved the Red Circle sequence.
Great art department, and Luke Evans was really good in his role, but the story was underwhelming and the director made some pretty daft decisions regarding tricks and effects. And the ending made me laugh a bit. Still liked it well enough and would watch it again, if only for Luke Evans' beautiful face.
I didn't hate it, but, and it's a big but, the lovestory was so uninteresting. It was such a cliché!
The older boy who everyone likes and adores, suddenly sees the plain, silent girl for the magical snowflake unicorn she is?
Yeaah... Nope.
Another but; this was the first movie I've seen that was completely butchered by the narration. It was really bad and really, really felt very, very lazy. Really very.
Also, the cello scenes were horribly executed, Grace's head looked so unnatural on whoever's body, especially in that one scene. You know what I'm talking about.
I did cry though, so much my head hurt afterwards, but honestly that's not much of an achievement.
Absolutely beautiful animation, but I agree the story was kind of meh. The dialogue was bad but that fault was more in the subtitles. I had fun watching this, partially for totally wrong reasons, but who cares!
I expected this to be... well, complete shit, to be honest. Surprisingly it wasn't quite that, but actually decent enough for a mainstream comedy. The story was kind of obvious, but it had its moments.
Fun and fantastical space adventure? Just my thing. The modern Guardians of the Galaxy are my favourite Marvel team and I feel this captured the essence of the comics, even with the changes they made.
I must say I was a little sad with the way Ronan was potrayed, when he's so much more complex in the comics. I still liked him, and Lee Pace's performance, but I think they wasted some of the character's potential. Nebula was by far the more interesting of the two.
To be honest, I only watched this because Dwayne Johnson is fraking beautiful, but the movie was a pleasant surprise. Quite good for a family film. Likeable characters, adorable animal, no super awkward moments, and the drama didn't feel forced.

I really enjoyed the potrayal of T'challa. The character work was actually pretty solid overall. Also, Zemo is easily one of the best Marvel movie baddies so far.
