These IMDB lists are clearly useless now. I dislike the overwhelming prevalence of western cinema in top lists, but taking down good films for this kind of crap is even worse.

It's as if Terrence Malick made a film, thought it was crap, and gave it to Shane Carruth.

I could watch this film every day for the rest of my life.

I used to dislike melodramas, but then I found Max Ophüls.

Apparently you couldn't have your house key copied in the 50s. A very good film nevertheless.

I didn't love it, but it was good everytime they were together and it has a touching story. Heath Ledger is heartbreaking.

I'm not the greatest fan of the first Alien film, but while that was a well crafted work of horror and sci-fi, this is just a sad action movie with big guns.

As was said before, a big problem with this film is that the menace of the alien creatures was completely destroyed, as instead of a powerful enemy we get loads of easy to kill aliens. The alien from the first movie probably would have killed all those people by itself.

The characters are terrible as well, all being cookie-cutter tough guys who are there only to show off their guns, spit out some silly line and die.
The android might have been interesting if he had been used more and I do like Sigourney Weaver and her Ripley character but she can't save this. And we can't even root for the aliens because they're as lame as the humans.

Along with its brilliant cinematography, this film has a great atmosphere and is truly suspenseful, being smart enough to not show a lot and leave us in doubt over what is real and what is part of Eleanor's psychosis. The end is very anticlimactic and Dr. Markway's constant supernatural talk was a bit annoying to me, but overall it is a great film, one of the best I've seen in the horror genre.

I couldn't help myself from poking fun at every second of this film and yet I was still bored. I guess it just isn't my thing, since I've never been into Marvel, but the very premise felt ridiculously contrived to me.

It gets pretty annoying by the spoiler, but I was so amazed by how ingenious the effects are that I'm willing to forgive the flaws and consider it a praiseworthy classic.

It is beautifully shot and Henry Fonda is fine as Wyatt Earp, but that's about it. It's obvious from the beginning that the Clantons will be the bad guys and none of the characters are very compelling - Doc Holliday seemed like the most interesting one, but we don't get to know him that well, and Clementine gets almost no screen time, leaving the title quite injustified.

I'm usually not into Haneke and I'm still not sure how I feel about this film. What I know is that Emmanuelle Riva is brilliant here and that I never want to watch it again.

Something must be terribly wrong when what children tell their parents about their day is about how soldiers were shooting all over the village, as if it were completely normal. Yet such is the life in Bil'in and, although the children are perhaps used too often, making it seem a little manipulative, everything else that happens is every bit as shocking, even if you are somewhat familiarized with the conflict.
Truly heartbreaking, but, as dombrewer said, an absolute must-see.

I found out about this film by chance and loved it, it is incredibly funny. Certainly one of Allen's best.

A wonderful film, Ceylan is quickly becoming one of my favourite contemporary directors.

I found the story and the characters quite weak, even if it is meant for kids, but the animation and the music are worth enjoying.

The animation is truly amazing, its depth puts many 3D films to shame! And I found it very interesting that they chose to use less "cute" animals and still made them quite realistic (both Rango and the rattlesnake are incredible).
Also, as a western fan, I loved the references to The Man with No Name and the overall homage to the genre. Brilliant film.
