What a great movie! Although it was a slow-paced 3-hou movie, I was engaged until the end. The dialogues, the complexity of the characters and the range of emotions make this movie instantaneously one of my favorites.
Man, what a bad movie. I'll point out only two things on why this movie should never be top250:
- a huge massacre is happening and the movie is focused on showing mr. Paul and their family, is this the real important story on what happened in 1994?
- according to many testimonies, Paul was not as depicted in this movie - a hero that saved 1.200 lives. He was soulless: for example, he often hid the hotel's supplies so that he could sell them to the ones who could afford it, leaving poorer refugees starving.
I'm horrified how anyone could twist the real story just to make it a happy ending to please the masses.
