Don't think it is thaaaat predictable, being in love, even when not in a relationship, and even when it hurts like hell, does have the power to open your eyes to the potential around you. Nothing is worth it until you meet someone that just makes everything worth it. I think that was showed beautifully actually, considering that they're just kids.
Besides, Freddie Highmore is just adorable.
Really enjoyed this movie.
What a fun movie, recommend it.
Lots and lots of women being masturbated, until men got lazy and created the vibrator. Women paying men to masturbate, how times change ! Fun movie indeed.
Brilliant performance by Keira! Didn't find it over the top, as she was, in fact, a mental patient.
Agree with what has been said, had potential to be much more mesmerizing, as the background and actors were worthy. However I still think it's underrated.
Also, would have loved to have the relationship between Freud and Jung more developed.
I laughed so hard at this. The plot isn't ridiculous, I think they actually tried to make some sense out of it, then added the love and friendship-ness.. It's a very entertaining movie I'd say.
Funnier than I expected... It's full of clichés, but acceptable if you've seen the usual chick-flicks and just want to watch something funny that implies no thinking (which was my case exactly)
Interesting to read that indeed. I was very impressed by the scenes on the ground, this is a theme that has been very explored (not that it's censurable), but how it was lived by all the air traffic control, who knew nothing about what was going on, and specially with that 'documentary-like feel', made it very interesting.
Crazy disturbed movie. Very thrilling though, I must say it kept me interested all along.
I don't think it was anything like slow, nor predictable, and by no means should we just redirect it to crack.
'We're animals, it's in our nature to kill. Basic, simple. You should've all figured that out by now.'
I found it an excellent movie. It's a good story, very well built, Thomas Horn performed greatly, it was touching, losing someone in those circumstances, the steps you take while grieving, there's nothing nonsense about that, I liked it.
Don't understand the hating, really, they're just opinions I guess..
I can imagine anyone enjoying it, since I actually did.
It has a great soundtrack, Josh and Kristen are gorgeous, very nice images of Rome, it was a quite entertaining movie.
Had a laugh reading these comments..
I DID understand the movie, as much as anyone can 'understand' it, and I did not like it, i find it overrated.
Houdini just got a pretty good lesson there, though I don't think anyone who would state such thing would ever read it..
Actually, I haven't read the book, but after seeing the movie and reading satisfythecrave's comment, I want to.
It seems like such an interesting plot. It has the best of a romance and the worst of real life.
My only critique was that I wanted to see some details be more developed, I'm glad to see it has some sense, even to someone who read the book.
On the other hand, how could it not seem rushed, it's hard to fit 23 years into 107min..
It's a shame there are some goofs...
I agree with Quatrus, I thought the whole movie was about magic and the power of making someone believe something's real when it's nothing but a magic trick, didn't make sense that in the end, it wasn't a trick. Would have been much better if there was a logical but real/magic explanation, and not something that's actually impossible and ruins the whole movie for me...
Lovely, then boring, then wtf, then hated main character, then good ending - my thoughts during the movie, didn't except it not to be wtf though, coming from Woody. Jonathan's sexy, not to talk about Scarlett .. Overall it was a bit dissapointing but an ok movie.. Don't get why it's in the sport list either ..
