Stunning. I had tears in my eyes at the ending.

This is absolutely brilliant. I really love Billy Wilder, he was a man ahead of his time. Stuff like this and Ace in the Hole could have been made yesterday, still relevant, still biting and still engaging.

Good but not great movie, people get carried away because it's Tarantino. I really enjoyed the first 2 hours or so but then, instead of building towards what could have been a brilliant climax it loses all impetus and becomes very cliched and predictable for the last 40 minutes or so. Some brilliant performances, particularly from Di Caprio , Jackson and Waltz all the same. All being said probably my 3rd favourite QT film after Inglourious Basterds and Pulp Fiction. Enjoyable and definitely worth a watch, but no masterpiece.

Incredible film, I can't decide if this or Le Samourai is better. Melville sure knew how to make a great movie.

Stunning movie, one every film lover should see. I can well imagine this is one of those films that gets better and better with multiple viewings, I watched it for the first time yesterday and it is one of those films you can't get out of your head for a while after first seeing it.

I do actually think you can make a coherent story out of the film, after reading around a bit I have something that works in my mind at least, and personally I found this one nowhere near as hard to try and understand as something like Persona or Synedoche, New York. There are bits that still don't fit in and tie together but in all honesty I don't care about these, it is still gripping. Truly great film from David Lynch.

Might have been relevant in 1955, I didn't like it in 2012. It really hasn't aged well. James Dean is cool though.

Can we get rid of the spoiler where it says what happens in the end? Sigh...

This movie is so much fun to watch, Walter Brennan who plays Stumpy just steals every scene he is in.

I hate this movie and I don't use that word lightly. I don't understand why it is so highly praised, and how on earth is it number 17 on the AFI list?

Sure it broke a lot of new ground in American Cinema but so did Bonnie and Clyde, The Wild Bunch, Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid etc. all of which are much better movies than The Graduate.

My favourite film. De Niro's is one of the most outstanding performances in Western Cinema.

Ah man it was worth watching this film just for the restaurant scene. "A bottle?!" had me in stitches. Really enjoyed it, mix of dark humour with the relationship between the two men.

I don't think there is one likeable character in this movie. Can't say I enjoyed it, it is visually very good but probably 6/10.

This one just sucks you in, really enjoyed it. North by Northwest (so far) is my favourite Hitchcock, but this comes a close second with Rear Window.

Maybe I just don't get the Coen Brothers, but I didn't enjoy this one. Movie was dumb and pointless, and that accent is so irritating.

As a big HP fan I didn't care for the start scene in Gringotts, and I think the ending could have been done much, much better.

The middle part of the movie up until Harry's scene with Dumbledore was however really good in my opinion. Any scene with Alan Rickman is a highlight, he is really excellent.

Enjoyable end to the series, although I have never liked Michael Gambon as Dumbledore, Richard Harris was much better.

Movie is superb, Henry Fonda is the star turn but the interactions between all of the actors is fantastic. Probably in the top five favourite films I have seen.
