Disappointed. Terrible script, bad pacing, not enough action and most notably I didn't ever get emotionally involved in what wa happening. Didn't care about the characters, never felt any tension nor did I feel any elation at the important moments. Its not Revenge of the Sith bad, but its unworthy of the novel its adapted from. Grade Meh.operationdropkick
Never been obsessively into the HP franchise like some people have but I have watched all the films (Didn't watch Half-Blood Prince at the cinema though) and I was only 8 when the first one came out. Thinking back to what is in my life now that wasn't when the first film came out is just insane. Even if you aren't a big fan, you can't deny how much of a huge and important part the Harry Potter films have had in your life and to watch the final movie of a decade long saga was pretty immense. The visuals were out of this world, some of the best CGI I've seen on a film, the acting was fantastic, especially Alan Rickman as has already been said, and I also loved the small hints all the way back to the first film that were dotted about the film.
Well deserved the round of applause it got from the people in the cinema and it will be incredibly missed by everyone really.

Felt like this was really Snape's film.Fallentaru
It is a great visual experience for those who had read the books, but I cannot help thinking that those who didn't will feel probably quite confused.Anyway, I liked it

The second best Harry Potter-movie, but still a shadow of the greatness of the books.ChrisCrouch
This movie killed me ;__; I don't think I can see it again any time soon, I'm still traumatized.arielnano
Incredible. This is probably one of the only franchises both in books, films, and everything else that has buried its way into my heart. The anticipation will be missed. I remember I was 6 and watching the first ever Harry Potter film and I was always looking forward to the next. I love this franchise. I really do. Also, kudos to Alan Rickman and Maggie Smith - those two actors were the major highlights for me. Now just let my soul cry right now.claaaau

@ TalkingElvish: I quite disagree. Even though I found the movie amazing, I don't think it deserves Oscar nominations; the acting isn't great at all, perhaps with the exception of some actors (Alan Rickman, for instance). The reason why the movie is so amazing and highly rated is because of the fans of the books. It's merely a visual companion to the books, not a benchmark in acting and cinematography. J.K. Rowling deserves the prizes, not the film.Showing items 61 – 75 of 104
