I have never been more disturbed by a movie ever. This was harsh, a really heavy movie. Fuck. The last few scenes was really... disturbing. Simply disturbing..

This is my personal favorite film of all time. Not that I’m trying to bring up a discussion here, because everybody’s entitled to their own opinion, but I'm starting to get fed up with people who state this movie is awful for the reason that they felt bad in general after seeing it, cried or even felt that it was too powerful to handle. A movie for me is a way to communicate and distribute point of view/feeling to the spectator and I prefer watching movies that is contributes a greater deal of emotions, whenever it’s feel-good or plain suicidal. Requiem For A Dream deserves a top position in my opinion vaguely just because there’s no other film that can possibly affect me so much as it did. A true masterpiece!

Never expected this to be as good as it was. Blew my mind a bit. As has been said, you sort of watch the last few scenes with your hands over your face. It's a harrowing watch. I loved the soundtrack too.

There is NOTHING like this movie! This already makes it a masterpiece! Mind blowing plot from Aronofsky, incredible camera work, one of the best soundtracks in the history of cinema.. All characters are well developed and explored.

One of my top 5 favourite films of the 2000s. I especially love the soundtrack which helps to keep the film both depressing and engaging. Probably the scariest film I've ever seen (not in terms of shock value exactly but rather in its tense and raw emotional evocation). Burstyn's performance is one of the best acting performances I've ever seen, if not THE BEST!

While I sat in front of my TV and watched this movie, there was nothing around me, I was totally captivated. It never felt so good to live a normal life!

Just disturbing. I love the style. I love how conscious Aronofsky about style and its effect for the viewers. Will, definitely, haunting me for years. I don't mind watching it again.
