Awful adaptation of one of my favourite book series. Was too fast paced for non-fans of the book to keep up, changed things for what seems to be no reason what-so-ever and constantly had too many characters on-screen at all times. Did not cover enough of the history for viewers to understand what was happening, why it was happening, and who everyone is. The movie let plot twists out of the bag too early so failed to build suspense. There was no character development, in-fact viewers don't even get the opportunity to learn about a character before the next one is introduced. If they plan on continuing this series (which seems to be the case) then they have a lot of work to do. Its a shame.
Only getting started, watched many of them before but I decided I am only going to check movies I have watched from Jan 2012 onward therefore will re-watch anything I seen prior to that date.
