I enjoy what I like to call 'brain-dying films', i.e. films you can watch without any real effort, whilst brain-dying after a hard day/week. Classics like Tango & Cash, Con Air, The Rock, G.I. Jane, Demolition Man, anything with Steven Seagal, and the best one to date - Showdown in Little Tokyo.
Finally, if I had to choose one film to watch for the rest of my life it would be Heat (starring Al Pacino and Robert De Niro among others).
